Post how to figure out carbs

Hi does anyone know how to figure this carb thing out.
I bought atkins peanut butter cups (very good by the way).
it says on the front for 3 small peanut butter cups
2 grams of carbs but on the back it says total carbs 17g. I dont know how it got to the 2 grams if there is actually 17.
anyone know how to do this.
atkins brownies are also very good. have not tried the muffin mix yet.

I'm not 100% positive but I think if you subtract the fiber in them you should get pretty close to the net carbs (2). There is something else you can subtract but I forget what it is!!!

you also subtract the sugar alcohol (ie malitol etc) they do not effect insulin level and are passed through supposedly....
