HI GIRLS!!!
I missed you guys, you were very quiet yesterday!!! So, I did good yesterday except for second's on mom's stew and a small peice of chocolate cake with icing (I enjoyed every bite!). I even worked out yesterday so I don't feel so bad, just gotta go easy on the portion sizes for dinner. Anywho, it's miserable and rainy here so I can't walk tonight. I'll do a Firm tape after Spongebob tonight!

Welcome Back Amber!!! We were wondering where you were! Trust me, I know how you feel about the cake lol!!

Dixie - I'm so sorry to hear about the pup, I hope mommy is ok!

Posie - WTG on controlling yourself! I definitely wouldn't have stopped with 2 bites of icecream! That's great!

Roni - Don't feel bad about the cake! I think we all had a cake weekend!! LOL!

Beanie - How's the dieting going? Good luck with fitting into that black dress!!!

Phantom - WTG on being first, you beat me! Hope you had fun at lunch, and I hope you did good!

Houdini - Good Luck on setting the 4-5 day diet. That's a good idea! Are you sure 1,100 cals. are enough for you to lose weight? Just make sureyou don't go into "starvation" mode! GOOD LUCK!!!

Whirl - Hope you feel better hun! I used to get AF SOO bad when I was younger. I got it twice a month for 8 days at a time and VERY heavy and crampy. I also had a cyst so that made it worse. My gyno put me on the bc pill when I was 15 and ever since it's been really regulated. Feel better hun!!! (((Whirl)))

Froggie - Hi hun, you may be experiencing shin splitz. I get them really bad, and I don't think they've ever fully healed. You can try stretching alot before exercising. Try kneeling down with the tops of you feet flat against the floor. Also try heating them before you work out, and icing them afterward. If they get worse you may have to rest for a week or two. Walking doesn't bother mine so you could try that. Good Luck!

Snoopy - I LOVE cheesecake!!! But I can totally understand why you'd want some real cake! I'd say go buy yourself a single cupcake from a bakery or something. Get a real good one!!!

AP - Girl, I'm gonna miss you!!! Good Luck with the insurance problems...I can imagine what a pain it can be!! Anyways, I'll come on tonight before bed to say be to you!!!

I'll be back in a bit, I should start doing some work today lol!!
