I don't know much about OTC LO, but I work in a pharmacy and word has it that the OTC will be discontinued and OTC LO will be the replacement.

i am on otc lo and the androgenic level is supposed to be low compared to alesse and others that have higher levels that will (i speak from experience) cause acne, hair is weird places like your abdomen, if you are at all sensitive to androgens. So far I am in week 3 of ortho tri cyclen lo and am having a little bit of a break out, but not like on other pills, and my body is just adjusting (it takes about 3 months)....do the google search "which pill is right for me" and a website will come up explaining this
