Post Addictive Personalities.

I know I have a very addictive personality. Anything from alcohol, gambling, sports, eating, not drugs so much.
I have been drinking a pint to a fifth of whiskey 5 to 6 times a week for the past 18 months. I am 26 and I have gained close to 50 pounds and have noticed other mild side effects like trouble breathing almost like asthma. I have also noticed that my urine is full of thick bubbles ( I drink at least a gallon of water a day.) My blood pressure is consitently high, is that more a result of being overweight or the alcohol. I am trying to get help but I wonder what other conditions I should be aware of that may result from my heavy drinking. How much liver damage can be done in a short time and can it be reversed.
