White spots in the roof of the mouth and in back of the throat, a high fever.

Yesterday I had a fever and had mucous in my lungs and a stuffy nose and a sore throat. Today what I have is mucous in my throat and lungs and there are white spots in the back of my mouth where that lil thing hangs down and my throat is as sore as possible.

White spots on your throat could be nearly any kind of bacteria or virus. The only way to know is to get a throat culture.
