Post depression, sinuses, or stress???

I am trying to find out what is causing me to have several problems.

My biggest problem is fatigue. I have it real bad every day.
Also:
severe post nasal drip everyday
headaches (mainly on the sides but also on my forehead)
Moving my eyes around will cause pain also.
I can pop my ears all day long.
My head is heavy. Whenever I lean it one way or another it feels heavy. It feels like I have something is shifting around when I move my head back and forth.

I started allergy shots and I am considering sinus surgery. My allergist thinks it may be mild depression. I would lean towards stress or mild anxiety over depression.

Thanks for any help

TexasJeep, 00000sorry your ailing. I'm not a DR. but suffer from sinus prob.s myself. Are you on any med.s?? Sometimes the med.s alone can make you feel depressed. But being in misery everyday, as you are , is reason enuff to feel blue. Hope your DR. can help pick you back up & get some releif for you soon.

Sounds like sinus to me. I have suffered all my life with it. This time of year, allergies can make you feel fatigued. I know I get sleepy very quickly this time of year and all I want to do is sleep. Also, when the pain is on one side of your head, it would be a good thing to be checked for a sinus infection. Do your teeth hurt also?? Hope this helps..LisL

Unless you have legimate reason to be depressed or just feel down then I would not say it was depression. It sounds to me as it is allergies or possibly a neurological disorder possibly migraines. Things you might want to check into. I just don't believe that it is depression it sounds more like stress headaches or migraines. Check with your primary care physician and see what he thinks.

I would also have to say that you're suffering from sinus problems. If you have to, go see another doc for a second opinion.

I hope you feel better real soon!
