Question Purplish pinkish arms in cold

Yea, i've been having this problem for around 6 months now, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Anyone have a solution to this?

How's your circulation / cardiovascular fitness overall? The people I know with a similar problem all tend to have low blood pressure, pulse, etc. Most are on the lean side and their temperature-control problem tends to worsen whenever they lose weight.

my arms and legs do this when I go from cold to warm, or warm to cold.... temperature change does this to most people. Any pain?

No, it doesn't hurt, just annoying. I'm only 5'5 110 so I don't think it's that i'm too overweight. heh

Do you have a really light skin tone? try putting lotion on your skin as well, when it dries it likes to turn this color.. most people with a light skinned irish/scottish etc background tend to do this.. when you blush, does your whole face turn pink?
