Angry leg pains if i dont take my vitamins

i get leg cramps and sometimes painful charlie horses, but when i started taking a multi vitamin they went away. but i had another problem, diarhea from the darn vitamin. now i stopped taking the vitamins and im in pain. i took my daughters bugs bunny vitamin to see if it would help, and it did help the leg pain a bit and i didnt charlie horse yet, but i did get a gas pain, so i dont know if the bugs bunnies will make me sick eventually too. what should i do? i dont want leg pains or diarhea but it seems like what cures one thing just gives me something else >

Wink

Instead of the vitamins try eating bananas for potassium or taking just a calcium-magnesium supplement. It could be the minerals your muscles need, not the vitamins.
