Post night leg cramps?

For the past 2 weeks I am getting leg cramps in the middle of the night. Basically my calf and outer leg and sometimes my hamstring. Am I lacking a vitamin? Thanks

Several years ago I started getting leg cramps also. I found if I take about 125 MG of Magnesium a day I have none. BobE

Try tonic water. Has quinine in it. Worked for my mother-in-law

Sometimes a calcium supplement will help or try even a glass of warm milk before bed.

Low carb diets can cause leg cramps at night, so even if you are not dieting, maybe eating more carbs could help? Also, being dehydrated can cause cramps. Eat pasta, drink lots of water!
