I am only 26 years old and I have been expieriencing problems 24 hours a day with all of my muscles! Mostly my leg muscles and lower arms, (my arms feel like what popeyes look like! ha!) and around my rib cage. It hurts really bad to stretch sometimes, feels like something locks up! A couple weeks ago I had a real problem with the muscles in my neck and shoulders being really stiff along with my calves and lower back almost feeling like my back was going out or something. I would start to do some housework and I could only last about 5-10 minutes then I'd have to sit down for a few minutes then it would relax it for a few more minutes, then I'd get up and down like that a few times before it gave out completely. (Or felt like it). Also affects my jaw muscles and voice or talking. This all started over a month ago and some days it feels like its getting better, then some it doesn't! Like last week, I almost went into emergency for the muscles in my left side rib cage kept grabbing severely every 30 seconds or so. Then they finally stopped. But this is a continuious battle it seems. And if I try to stretch anywhere, it has a muscle spasm. I also just found out I might be exposed to toxic mold, think that could be the cause???? Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated!!
