Red face gall bladder/ anemia/ mononucleosis

i'm a healthy 19 year old female who recently (august 2002) got my gall bladder removed. I've been reading up on the surgery recently and found out recovery should only take a couple hours or a day. I was in the hospital for two weeks and was on a liquid diet the entire time. The doctors said i was anemic and had contracted mono while in the hospital. Has this happened to anyone else? I still get sick sometimes, and get terrible stomach pains, does anyone know if this is or sounds normal? PLEASE email me to help me make sense of all this because there is nothing online linking all three symptoms

hello
i had my gallblader out jan 26 2003, my doctor told me nothing and i had to learn all my self except for one doctor finaly told me what to do, you have to stay under 20 grams fat or atleast try to stay low fat diet , your gallblader is you filter for fat and now you have none , that means when you eat fat , like fast food and just realy faten food , your going to like run your butt to bathroom or you wont make it and it takes around 12 month to have your body get use to not having one , you should not be eating no spicy food ether or you well get acid reflex , bad heart burn too and your stumic well swell up and hurt from doing everything wrong and i even thought i had a blader infection and was treated for it and it didnt go away and i found out i had so much stool around blader it was hurting my blader and making me feel like i had one , so you see you well go back and fourth with runs and being constapated , if you need anything else let me know kimberly
