Thank you, yes I would love to know more...

I have been getting migraines since I was about 8. The doctors did not know why and didn't do an alergy test on me. I have recently been told I have gall stones and while they were testing for that, they found out I am allergic to gluten, and no, they didnt tell me which type. Since then, I have cut all gluten products out of my diet and have not had so much as a headavhe since.

Many foods that have gluten in it I love. I cant see myself not eating them for the rest of my life.

Hello Catriona,

The bread I mentioned contains no flour. It's called Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, and Rainier Natural Foods is the company that makes it. This bread is made in a city close to me, so I'm not positive the same bread is available in other states, or countries as well. But in the bread, there's sprouted wheat, which contains no gluten. Also, there's sprouted barley, millet, molasses, honey, soy beans, yeast, and then a few small ingredients. What you may want to do is check around for Srouted Wheat bread, and check the labels. I got this bread at a local Fred Meyer's store. And these breads...the sprouted wheat ones, normally won't have the gluten in it at all. Let me know if you have any questions, or if I can help in any way, alright? Take care. -Jacinta

Jacinta---

Thank you very much.

Me living in Australia wont help me much on that front, although I will look into it all.

Thank you for your help
