I've been living a pretty sedentary life eating lots of fast food the past month or so. The only real exercise I got done pretty regularily was some weight lifting, push-ups and that sort of thing... Other than all of that, I'm a pretty healthy guy (and, I'm sure, way too young to be having blood pressure problems) asside from having pretty terrible acid reflux.
So anyhow, in the past week or two, I've noticed that I've had a sore neck a lot of the time, and a lot of pain in my left shoulder. I constantly have many different types of chest pain due to the acid reflux, so I tend to ignore anything that's going on there. Within the last week, I've had a lot of headaches, a general feeling of congestion, and itchy eyes that sometime accompany a temporarily blurred vision. Even more recently, I've found myself breaking out into sweats when I'm eating or drinking anything.
As far as I know, all of these things generally point to high blood pressure. However, I just started class this week. I live about 5 miles away from the university, and it's a pretty big campus, so I rollerblade pretty much everywhere. Desipte pushing myself really hard, and heaving around another 30 or so pounds worth of books, my symptoms don't get any worse. Infact, when I'm rollerblading, they get BETTER. All of the pain tends to go away (except for the chest pain, depending on how long it's been since I've eaten anything).
I'm really stumped. I'm planning on going to the doctor soon, just incase something is seriously wrong, but I want to do some research on what could possibly be wrong with me. I was thinking high blood sugar, since it'd make sense that the more activity I was doing, the more glucose would be burned, but if you guys have any other suggestions I'd like to hear them.
Thanks.
