SUGAR ALLERGY

When eating sweets, chocs, and sometimes non sweet foods, exam..carbs ,
I get the following sysmtoms: Score thoart,stuffy nose,plugged ears: depending on what I eat, depends on if I experience all or some of the sysmtoms...
Any onve ever hear of this ??

Janet,
I also have found that when I drank soft drinks with suger I will start to get stop up. Not sure why.
