allergy dizziness

I have recently been experiencing a lot of dizziness.I have an allergy to mold and probably a few other things. Is this a common occurance to allergies?
What should I do?

I know when my ears get congested from allergy/sinus trouble, I get dizzy. Do you have any ear discomfort?

I have sinus problems this time of year from oak trees and yes, I get dizzy at times when my sinuses are congested.

When you say you are dizzy. Does it mean the room is spinning or is it a feeling of woozy, lightheadness, maybe even nauseous? If it's not spinning see my post on this site titled 'Lightheaded and ears ringing'
