my mom needs a new bra

My mom has Alzheimer's. She lives by herself in an independent living facility. She can not put on a regular bra and has been wearing some that velcro and have hooks/eye. She cannot fasten the hook/eye but uses the velcro.

The problem is that she gets a dermatitis type rash from the hook/eye touching her skin because when they are not fastened the edges of the bra turn inward and the metal touches her skin. She cannot do sports bras because she cannot put them over her head. She's busty so needs something with support. Does anyone know of a bra that would be easy to put on put contains no metal?

You should call a dermatologist in your area. They have access to various clothing companies that specialize in clothing for dermatological conditions. This may be above what they offer, but it might be helpful. Good luck!
