Angry Painful irratating rash

hi
im looking for any advice anyone can give me on getting rid of a genital/anal rash.heres a little background and symptomes.
im 22 in moderate health. this rash started about a week ago starting around the anus area and quickly spread to the space between the anus and vagina. the area is VERY red and itchy and EXTREMELY painful. I first tried Neosporin for the antibotic factor this did not help. i have even tried diaper rash ointment. now i cant put anything on it due to the extreme pain that follows after. i have been cleansing the area with warm water no soaps of any kind. I know its not an std because i have had the same partner for 2 years and we have never been unfaithful (i know cus we are together 24/7). im concerned because this is disrupting my everyday life and i am having trouble sleeping due to the nightly itching. i dont know what else to do. i cant see a doctor due to no insurance and no free clinic. im in extreme need of someones advice.
thanks in advance

Try using hydrocortisone 1% such as Cortaid. Hope you feel better.

I agree, Cortaid works very well for things like this but I'm wondering if you may have pinworms. This would cause nightly itching around the anus, as you have, and may be why the creams don't help. I would try the Cortaid first and see if it helps any and if it doesn't, you may want to check for pinworms just to be on the safe side.

It could also be a touch of yeast on the outside. you can get yeast any where. i would also try benedrel-- its a antihystimine you can get cream or pill i recammend the pill. plus it will put you to sleep very quickly. if it dont put you to sleep try some tyanol pm that will do it. I would also recamend getting some sort of medicaid that helps with payments for medicine and the docter.

ive been considering the pinworms as a culprit but dont know how to tell..all that i have read on the web and seen pics of it it doesnt look like it. hydrocortizones do not work either they cause the skin to burn unbearably like on fire. the benadryl has calmed it down a bit.thank you all for your advice.
