supergirl Veteran Join Date: Oct 2003 Posts: 417	teeth move in the day good? or bad? hey everyone i had braces a while back and i got them off 4 years ago. my retianer is like a clear plastic glove(lack of a better word) that fits over all my teeth. when i wake up my teeth are straight(from wearing my retianer at night) but like 12 hour after i wake up they are crooked again. is this okay to have them moving this much?? __________________ Lake Louise, Heaven in Alberta.....
