blood viein or vessels

When I feel the inside of my mouth with my tongue, on the inner side of the cheek, I feel a lump or like a small speed bump (like a raised line) in my inner cheek. It is about a inch long. Is this a blood vein or vessel or is this something else. I don't feel it all the time and when I pull my mouth open, I see it sort of.

If anyone has any idea's please let me know.

what color is it? I get things like that sometimes on the inside of my cheeks. I think it is from my cheek resting in between my teeth. Mine appears white though and I really can't feel it. I also have a problem with biting my cheeks on occasion. But those bumps I can definitley feel. If you don't think it is any of those type of things then I would seek a dentist.
