aching legs and fatigue

My legs are d riving me crazy. They are aching so bad. I used to be able to walk quite a distance but not anymore. I get so fatigued and have to sit and rest alot. I am 56 not overweight, female. Do not smoke. Could this be MS or starting of it. Please help!!!!

Could be ME or chronic fatigue syndrome? My mum has it and those are two of her symptoms

My good friend has this problem mostly at night though and the doctors gave her Quinine sulfate. It is used mostly for anti malarial interactions but works great for this problem as well.
