Insomniafatigue,
What can you tell me about your symptoms before and after your mercury filling removal? I noticed that you mentioned having them removed.
For me it's a long story. About 23 years ago a doctor told me not to run more than a hundred yards. He also said I was too old, too fat, and that I should take 10 aspirins a day. Today, after having my mercury-silver dental amalgams removed about six or seven years ago, I now run about 19.5 miles a week. I'm a few months shy of being 51 years old, and I run like a kid again.
I also changed my diet to a healthy one, and experimented with many herbal combinations. I found continual success after the removal of my dental amalgams. But the results were very slow. One has to be patient because apparently mercury is very difficult to remove from the human body from what I have read.
For me, I think what has also helped me get rid of these toxins is my efforts to try to exercise. I now also drink more water.
