Unhappy Depression

Has anyone tried different treatments for depression? I've tried herbs (OK) and accupuncture (weird but ineffective).

Hi ejs47, I have used a combo of St John's Wort, Valerian, and Siberian Ginseng successfully in treating depression in a child. The same formula (a little stronger) was not quite as successful with adults. But adding meditation, exercise, massage, and 15 minutes daily of (intentional)sunlight to the adults' treatment proved beneficial.

The next step I would have added would have been bio-feedback in the form Bio-dots or Bio-squares to further reduce physicaL stress.

hope this helps
