noni juice...

Has anyone ever tried Noni juice and had good results with it? I wanted to try it but i heard there are two versions of this type of juice. One type is the pasteruized and non pasteruized. I read that the non pasteruized version is better to take but i'm wondering why there is two types. I wanted to try noni juice for overall health.

Noni is great as long as you keep taking it.
But when you stop using Noni, all benefits
received stop as well. Don't waste your money on it! When using herbs, it's best to go after problems, instead of taking something just because it may cover all maybe problems or keeping from having maybe problems.

I have never taken it but someone who has, told me that it is a temporary energy boost.I really don't know much more than that. You may want to find out what studies have been done. The Mfg should have that information. If they haven't done any I would be cautious.
