Thumbs up Acupuncture-experiences

I have been trying acupuncture and have noticed some great benefits, including:

Stress relief, weight loss, lower blood pressure, more energy, sense of well being/confidence.

I am curious what other people (who have tried acupuncture) have experienced?

Thanks,

John

Question

John, Have you looked into accupressure. I hear it does the same thing except it is less invasive. What are your views?

Thumbs up

I have been doing acupuncture for about a month now. I find when I go I feel relief of the symptoms he treats me for, however they do come back eventually. What I want to see is the long-term results -- see if my symptoms eventually go away. Based on what I've experience so far, I think they will. I've been happy with it, and have also found I've had a better sense of well-being and confidence. I suppose that would come from anything that makes you feel better physically.

John, what kind of problem caused you to have acupuncture. I used acupuncture for fibromyalgia and had good success however it was short lived, it would only last for about three days at a time. Maylon

For high blood pressure. It did successfully lower by B.P. to normal. My Doc said that the treatments should have a long term affect, although this remains to be seen.
