Question weird sensation in urethra/ candida?allergy?

For the last few months,Ive been having a weird very mild , yet uncomfortable sensation, after ive been for a pee. It also happens inbetween going to the tiolet, but its very mild. the sensation can last from 5 minutes to an hour after ive been to the tiolet. I have no other urological symptoms. No frequency , urgency, burning etc.. I have had a urine test that comes up negative , no infection, And ive seen a urlogist and gyno who are also baffled.
The gyno, did find a candida overgrowth there though. and i have a cervical erosion. He also said that my neck of womb looks red. thats all. I have no typical candida overgrowth symptoms, no discharge or itching.
Last year i was diagnosed with intestinal candida , and i am a highly allergic person as well. could these be related? Please help anyone im really confused with all this! thankyou.
