Question bowel problems

I have had this problem for awhile-I feel like my bowel movements won't come down from above. My doc says it is gasritis but prevacid did not help. Was tested for hploria but she said it was not that. I have had hploria before and this is what it feels like. I have started digestive enzymes but causes upper abdomen swelling. I take fiber and lots of water-when I am in alot of stress I take a laxative than I get lower abdomen cramps. I have tried everything in the book for this. My chiro who does muscle testing says it is stress maybe related to hormones-am getting saliva testing done. Another women who I worked with that sells nature sunshine vitamins says it is hploria-parasites-yeast. A program I was on for a year did not produce any results. I am at my wits end with this and not sure how to get the movements down.

In my history of stomouch/bowel disorders, i have learned that the liver/gallbladder must first be in good shape, otherwise everything you do to correct your digestive/eliminative procces will work only partialy & temporarily.

To correct and maintain healthy digestion, i use herbs like garlic, echinacia, pau d' arco. For the pancreas i take the p-14 formula as needed plus pancreatic enzyme. Also Acidophilus/biffidus supplement.

If i have an infection that doesn't respond to all the previous, i add about 20 drops of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) to some water and drink on empty stomouch. The H2O2 will kill many pathogens on contact. And that's anouther issue---WATER QUALITY. Have you addressed your drinking water as a source of contamination, chemical or biological???

And for eliminative phase (colon), regular cabbage and/or oats will keep it strong.

enough already

I would not drink H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) without first asking a doctor. Even though the body has catalase (which breaks down H2O2 into Hydrogen and Oxygen), I heard it can cause cancer. Be careful.
