Ache ALL OVER if Poked-Try This

I have the weirdest thing that sounds like I'm totally neurotic and/or hysterical.
Take your first 2 fingers and POKE (push down hard) on yourself shoulders to wrists, firmly, as if trying to get your own attention ! Each place I poke myself it hurts. Obviously I'm not going to do this often . LOL But if someone pokes me I tell them it hurts and they do not believe me. I have this also on my back.
Does anyone Else have this? Not so bad on my forearms but from shoulders to elbows poking really hurts. A back scratcher hurts my skin too. I'm falling apart.

I don't have your problem but I lifted a 12 lb turkey in the grocery store and my wrist has been aching ever since. I think you should talk to your doctor about the problem if they can't help they'll at least refer you to someone who can help.

It could be a sign that you need a little more exercise, also cut down on the caffeine, and sugar while you're at it

You're not alone....I too have recently noticed this. Even when I scratch the back of my neck, the bone underneath hurts. Mine I think is may be related to anemia and/or a blood condition that is under investigation.

Wow; I can't believe someone replied. Oh, great; now I have a blood condition?
What's next in life, I wonder. Try using a backscratcher on bare skin. My back felt like I'd been flogged in prison. Next time it itches I'll use a cotton ball.
I'm not anemic; I feel perfect. I pushed on my leg and that hurt too. (have to push harder thru the fat layer- gag). Guarantee no one under 30 has this.
