Pcos

I was in to see my Dr last week and she seems to think I may have PCOS. Can anyone comment on the treatments for this? She didn’t elaborate much and I need to get a blood test this week to confirm but I’m apprehensive and really uneducated about it.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. There are many different approaches as far as treatment. I didn't have to be put on medication. My doc suggested a low-carb diet and to increase my excercise to treat it. It has a lot to do with sugar levels and hormone levels. It is a very confusing syndrome. What I Would recommend is for you to do some research on the internet. You will learn quite a bit. That is how I came to understand it better.
