25 yr old femae havent had a period in three yrs without hormones. do not ovulate and sugg.?

have you lost alot of weight?
Better yet have you been to a docter??
get it checked out.

no have not lost any wieght. God yes i have been to several dr.They usually put me on hormones.They aways say I'm not sure why you are not ovulating. Was hoping by posting something here some one may have been through the same things and have some ideas on what helped them.

Any chance you have been using a lot of artificial sweetners. I started eating a lot of weight watchers products one year and missed a period. Low and behold I found out that if you are sensitive to aspertame (sweet and low) it can cause you to miss your period.
