stellinator,
A raised BP won't cause headaches unless it's SUPER high and a stroke risk. (I once read that they clocked readings of near 300/200 with FDR (who had ferocious headaches and died of a cerebral hemmorhage) but all they had for BP control was phenbarbitol which doesn't work very well...they tried restricting his salt and martinis and had little luck doing either.
On the other hand several of the meds CAN causeheadaches.

B4 I was on a channel blocker, now I'm on zestril, verapamil, and avapro, all ace inhibitors.

You're really on three classes of drugs:
Zestril (lisinopril): ACE Inhibitor
Verapamil: Calcium Channel Blocker
Avapro (irbesartan): ARB (or ACE Reuptake Blocker)
Does the
Zestril make you cough all the time?
