Post 3-week cycle

I've been dx with palindromic rheumatism. However, I don't think my doc has it right. Prior to my dx, I told him that my "gout" attacks occured just about every three weeks for about a year! These attacks would occur on one foot at a time, flare up, swell, very painful! After taking indocin & colchicine, the pain and inflammation would go away after days. I would be "well" fo the following week and then, another attack would come on on a different foot!

Have any of you experienced such a 3-week pain cycle?
