I know I should see a doctor, which I am planning on, but I just wanted some advice from all of you.
I'm 19 years old and became sexually active when I was 18. (3 months before my 19th birthday). I am in a totally faithful relationship and have NEVER, nor would ever go astray. I just had college break, and was unable to see my boyfriend until January 20th. We started having sex again on January 21st, and my period was supposed to arrive January 28th. We didn't have sex on the night of the 27th, or January 20th when we came back. I know we did, as well, on the 22nd, and 23rd. Not sure about the 24th, 25th, or 26th. It's now Feb 2 and it's not here.
Over winter break, I worked out every day (a month) for up to 2 hours. It wasn't extremely vigorous work, but WAY more than I did EVER before. I watched what I ate, unlike I did at school. Eliminated a lot of carbs, now I'm kinda back to old, bad eating habits (I do not drink alcohol, rarely drink pop, and do not do drugs/smoke)
I also had an incident with an online stalker, involving 3 police departments. BIG MESS. Caused LOTS of stress.
I ALWAYS use condoms, however I am not on the pill (planning on it now!) But there was one time where he slipped in without one on. He immediately took it out and that was the end of that. I know all it takes is that one time with precum (he obviously didn't ejaculate), which is why I'm so worried.
I know eating changes, body changes, and stress can affect your period, but I am really freaking out. I was told that it's considered "missed" if it doesnt arrive for a week after the expected date. I'm waiting until Wednesday to reeeeeeeally freak out. I've always had a regular period, however my last one came a bit early. Would that matter?
Having sex for the first time, I read, can make your period just a tad late because of the hormones released. Could that possibly be what happened here? As I hadn't had sex for a tad over a month. I'd accept any advice at this point. Thanks in advance
