Pimples on buttocks and inner thighs

I have been getting them quite frequently these days.

Any suggestions?

Dude I got a giant pimple on my butt and it hurt like hell. I don't know why I got it in the winter though I usually get 1 or 2 in the summer because I work out and sweat a lot. I don't have acne but when I do get a pimple it's usually one that is pretty big and painful. I get a pimple at least once every 2 or 3 months. I would also like to know why I'm gettin' these things now?

Mine hurts so much i can hardly sit directly on it. It's awful, but it looks like its almost dead.

Inner thigh pimples are so embarassing. Girls must be grossed out.
