are these symptoms of asthma?

Ok, I have asthma but i've been experiencing some weird things lately...

when i had an asthma attack earlier today, i got the hiccups. I also got them again, later when my asthma was worsening...

Also. when my asthma got really bad and i started to calm down... I got really tired and fell asleep...

Ohh, BTW, I am taking ventolin HFA. I find it good so far. Anybody have any weird symptoms from it or anything?

Re: are these symptoms of asthma?

I don't really get the hiccups...They say that constant hiccups can be caused by GERD which in turn can aggravate your asthma.

I do know that when I desaturate I get really tired an incoherent. Also, when my breathing sucks I get tired and worn out.
