They have a mask that you can use with a nebulizer. My 2 year old wouldn't wear it though. We made it a fun game when giving it to him. I would put it in my mouth (I have asthma too, so it was ok to inhale some of the medicine). Also, his older sister would hold it in his mouth. That usually persuaded him to take it, more so than when I did it.
Regarding the oral medicine. I am assuming that its liquid. I mix it with chocolate syrup for my kids when they refuse to take it. Try disguising it with something. If it happens to be a pill, you could put it in a banana or hide it in something mushy, like ice cream. I know - feeding them sugar is not the best solution. But when you trying to reason with a toddler to take medicine, you're gonna lose. So my philosophy has been, whatever it takes to get that medicine in them. Good luck!
