Invasive basal cell

I had an invasive basal cell removed a month ago from my scalp. It is on the crown area so I have never been able to see it just feel it. This is the third time I have had it removed. This time I went to a Mohs surgeon. I had a hole that measure 4.5 cm and I am not sure how deep. Obviously I had reconstructive surgurey performed. I know that Mohs is the best way to go but there is still a chance it can come back. I would like to hear from anyone that if after having Mohs there skin cancer returned .
Thanks

Re: Invasive basal cell

If you had MOH's than the doctor would have stopped when all the borders were clear so I would say the BCC won't return.
