Zocor

I've been taking Zocor for about a year but lately I started having problems from it. My back started hurting, my joints would hurt when I woke up and my legs and ankles started swelling. I know it's from the Zocor because I quit taking it and my problems started clearing up. Is it possible for to start having problems after almost a year?

Re: Zocor

Yes, it's certainly possible. In fact, some people experience symptoms after being on statins for only a couple of months. For others, it may take several years.
