step1 at night ice your face 5-7 min
2.then wash your face with neutrogena oil free acne wash
3.ice again 5-7 min
4.after that apply galderma
benzac AC 5% gel
then go to sleep in the morning you will see you're acne dry
youre cystic acne will shrink and acne will be lessen, it will be less noticeable try it really works for me. if anyone going to try this please let me know
