signs and stages of alzheimers disease

hello everyone....my mother and i are suspecting that my father may have alzheimers....but we are not sure and are trying to find out information...he is forgetful and his behavior is very strange.he is easily aggitated and argues with my mother alot...he accuses her of alot of things that it is so unreal...ect.there is to much to mention...if anyone can please give me some information on everything about this dreadful disease my mother and i would greatly appreciate it....my mother works alot just to get away cause she doesn't know what to do...and she asked me to find out anything i could about this.....thank you in advance....by the way...with these new confidential laws how can we consult with his dr. about our suspicions.....cause we won't talk to my father about it for obvious reasons.bless you all...

You need to get him to a Neurologist.I was very argumentative before I was dx with AD.There are medications that can help.I was on Aricept for 4 years.I have now been on Reminyl a little over 2 years.Yes there can be life for us even after diagnoses.......
