Please base your decision on what YOU think, from your reading, reseacrh, gut instinct and beleifs. Not on what other parents would do or not do. Where will these ppl be if (God forbid) anything goes wrong and your baby ends up damaged from either the disease or the vaccine? Once you have made up your mind, be certain, be staunch, and do not be bullied. I know ppl who decided not to vaccinate and then end up in tears and change their minds because their Dr or mother in law shouted at them.
I have found that those who are committed to their decision usually get less hassled than those who kinds decide half heartedly. I live in New Zealand where my right to choose non vaccination is respected and protected in law. I do however know that EVERY STATE in the US has exemption laws. And if you do not want to, you do not have to - even if you have to fight a bit. I have a good exemption letter you are able to use if you want to email me petex2@xtra.co.nz
My 12 yr old daughter when she was 5 mths old was irriversably damaged by a shot when she was 5 mths old. Today she is autistic, so I am pretty anti vaccines. However, if after weighing up the information and you choose to vaccinate there is a right and a wrong way to go about it. And there are ways to minimise the risk of damage. (Personally I don't think they afford protection against disease, and even drug companies own up to their have failure rates, even if they refuse to own up to the awful damage that is going on in every country thanks to their toxic injections....) But there you go. Personally I can tell you 6 mths is WAY too young to have the onslaught of vaccines on such an immature immune and nervous system. So if you want to do the jabs, I really would wait untill baby is a lot older.
Email me if you like.
All the best with your decision.
