Re: Lipovarin Does It Really Work???

hey sspicy, saw your post on the throat closed up thread, thanks, I feel like I have a comrade in arms.

I know you want to talk to people who have been on Lipovarin for awhile, but I don't believe there are any. I think it's a relatively new thing. I will tell you my experience.

I finally got my pills on Friday so I started on Saturday. 20 minutes after my first dose of lipovarin I was jittery for about 5 minutes, but I also hadn't eaten and was having my first cigarette in like 18 hours. That was probably more the reason for the jitteriness as I haven't had any since. This morning I got on the scale just to see if there was a difference after 2 days. I didn't expect there to be one, but I lost a pound.

I'm not as hungry, I have more energy, I'm in a better mood for more of the day. I think it's great. Now it is true that I'm going to take it and then get off of it ASAP due to any fears of side effects way down the road, but I think that's just common sense. Also, once I'm off I'm not going to go back on for alteast 5 to 10 years if I need to. I think people going on and off of stuff all the time and changing products all the time is a source of a lot of these side effects. I'm trying to be smart about it. I know diet pills is not the best way to go, but when you've tried the "right way" for years and it doesn't work, something's got to give.

That's my experience so far. I know it hasn't been a long time like you wanted to hear about, but I thought I'd share anyway.

DWD hi and thanks for your reply. i really do appreciate it. i have a few questions for you though. did you take the recommended does ? 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon? i heard to start out slow take one in the morning and one in the afternnon and then week tow move up to 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternnon and week three, three pills in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. so far i have heard more good things about lipovarin than bad, but yes i agree its a new pill and much to early to know what the worst side effects maybe. i would only use them for a while like you and get off of them as well. how much weight are you needing to loose? i heard a few people say they had jitteryness but they also took the recommended dose right away i am not sure if you did also let me know.
are you takeing in less calories and drinkinging lots of water? hope to hear back from you thanks sspicey

Re: Lipovarin Does It Really Work???

I started out with 2 per dose and like I said I think the jitteriness was more from no food and nicotine. Plus, I think a big thing is that I expected to be jittery, so I was. The mind is very powerful. I have 60lbs to lose. I'm getting married Oct 1, 2005 and want to be at my goal 6 months before that for dress fittings and stuff. I'm also on the Carb Blocker and the Fat Absorbtion Formula, those I started out with the recommended dose from the start. I've taken that kind of thing before and knew I'd be fine with it. It was just the Lipovarin that I had any concern about.
I'm drinking A LOT of water. I kind of can't help it. With the other two supplements before each meal and the lipovarin twice a day, that right there is 40ozs. Plus I only drink water during the day. I'm probably up near 80 - 100ozs of water a day. I couldn't help but decrease my calorie intake because I'm not as hungry. The exercise I do is minimal. 3 or 4 times a week I walk to my mailbox and get the mail. (The other days I stop on my way in the driveway from work). My driveway is a quarter mile with a steady incline on the way to the box, so it's a half mile total.
I have more energy and I'm in a better mood. The one thing I have done is cut out caffeine from other foods and drinks during the day. Lipovarin has a lot, so I've gotten rid of it elsewhere in my diet.

DWD, thanks for the quick reply. yes if i decide to try lipovarin i know its a good idea to get the carb and fat absorbation. very smart idea. i use to take something similar to them and they work they sure dont make you put on any weight i am still undecided on lipovarin. i am just a bit nervous .
i am takeing in less calories though. i have been on the 1,200 calorie diet and lost some weight. i need sixty five more to go. i am hoeping to have i off by december, i am in no hurry as i would like to get the weight off and keep it off this time. do you recommend lipovarin? its just so hard to decide being it is a new pill. do you drink only water ? or soda pop as well? i know there are sodas with out caffeine. any how i do wish us all luck on our weight loss keep me posted on how you do i will be glad to read your story and posts.
thank you
