Confirm Test For Alzheimer

Hello everybody
SEVERE STAGE OF EARLY AGE ALZHEIMER BUT MRI NORMAL? IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MRI CAN COME NORMAL IN LATE ALZ EVEN (NO SHRINKAGES NOTHING)?
ALSO IS THAT ALZ FOLLOWS A DEIFINITE PATH OF SYMPTOMS?
We are in real emergency & need help..This is the case of my 33 yr old brother who is now in moderate/late Alzheimer as per doctors in India. He has a long history of 15 yrs living in all extreme possible stressors viz. Bipolar mania, OCD, Panic states and then a lot real life stresses like betrayal from his business partner, death of our mother etc. Infact twice in last 1 month he just attempted to kill himself cutting his wrist. Investigations showed continuous high levels of cortisol over some yrs. Also 2 yrs back he had his MRI done but to a strange it was normal?
In the begining it was just a worst memory loss, then language problems, confusion and just recently loss of ability to recognise things properly.
Hoping for a positive response
Thanks
Have wonderful time...AARTI
