develops a corporation

Yesterday, I found that I have developed a corporation, which looks like, (hmm, embarrassed), more or less, a pregnant woman's belly. It no doubt has begun to destroy my fitness, though I still look handsome if I made "stomach in, and chest out".
Any ideas to reverse the progressive development of the corporation?

Examine your diet. Tweak if necessary.

If you are not exercising now...then start a program to lose the bodyfat being stored there.

Here is a bit of dilemma: All parts of my body look fine except the belly too fat. I'm worried if I excercise too much, my belly will dwindle, as well as will other parts, which I actually want them to become stronger, not thinner.
That is, I just want the belly to recover its best size.

Re: develops a corporation

Your best bet is to add minimal cardio. For health, simply add 30 minutes, three times a week (this will burn the extra fat you have). To maintain your size, you'll want to add some strength training AT LEAST three times a week. This will help you GAIN some weight - but in the right areas. If you are one of those who don't particularly find it easy to stick to a workout routine, try something fun with both cardio AND strength training involved, like accelerated Pilates. One thing great about Pilates is it definitely minimizes the "belly" area and focuses on reducing abdominal fat.

Thanks for reminding me of the Pilates. That is a sarcasm that I've almost forgot the effective exercise.
