Small lump behind my ear

Hi,
Recently I have noticed a small lump behind my ear, its slightly just above my earlobe, on the bone area. When i touch the hard lump it becomes very painful. I dont feel unwell and have no other syptoms. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what it could be. (finding lumps on any part of the body is quiet scary)

It could be a sebaceous gland, nothing scary that I know of appears on the outter ear
