Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome or Orbital Myositis?

Hello,

I am a mess. I have posted here before, but I have new DX. My Neuro-Optho has DX me with opthamoplegia, diplopia, sensory loss, ataxia(balance problems), and paralytic strambius, most are ocular. I also have alot of other symptoms. In reasearching I have found that these aliments are associated with an underlying disease. Has anyone had ocular problems due to a rare disorder or MD? My Neuro-Optho thinks it may be Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome or Orbital Myositis, I think they both are pretty rare. He put me on 100mg of prednisone for 2 days and then taper to 60 mg until further notice. He wants to see if I respond to this treatment.

Any information is well appreciated.
Thank you,
Kim
