Smile Hi!

Ok, never in a million years did I think I would be here. LOL It is kinda amusing because Liz109 and I have been best friends since high school and we always tease one another about being so much alike. Well, here I go again, acting just like her.
I just got my pap results back and they are now gonna give me a biopsy and Colposcopy. Normally, I would not have freaked as I have but since Liz has gone through her ordeal, it was hard for me not to think about what I KNOW can happen just from this stage. My mind has already raced to a million places and back and I have only known this for less than a day.
After I called my husband, I called Liz (or maybe I DID call her first ) and she and I had a good talk and a good cry. The only good thing about this is that I have a very educated friend to help me out. LOL
Anyway, about me---My name is Jen and I have 3 beautiful little girls aged 9, 3 and 1. I am 29 years old and am married to the greatest guy in the world (well, he and Liz's hubby are both up there). We live in St Louis. I stay at home with my girls and it is the greatest thing I could ever do with my life.

So, be warned, I am a motor mouth and I have a million questions.

Re: Hi!

Hey Jenn,

Welcome. I probably don't have to remind you that Liz's situation was very rare. And also that Liz is still here and cancer free! You may even be able to end this with just the colposcopy and maybe a few biopsies. If you havent' already gone, call ahead and ask if it is OK to take any over the counter pain relief before you go in. I really think it will help to make it that much easier.

And, feel free to run your motor mouth and ask as many questions as you can. It is so helpful to the other girls who are lurking silently and have the same questions.

Nik
