DEFINITELY, go and see your doctor. This isn't something that should be put off.

Are you eating enough during the day? Sometimes it could be low blood sugar......

It could also be anxiety?

It could also be postural or pressure on the muscles and nerves in your neck and shoulders.

At least if you get to your doctor, a thorough check-up can get to the problem (hopefully it will be something simple to deal with) and you will at least be aware of it and deal with it accordingly.

Re: Who do I always feel like Im going to pass out?

Are you drinking lots of water during the day? are the temperatures where you are too warm for your comfort level? It's still important to get plenty of water during the day and eat really healthy. A lot of the diets out there today may not work for you if you have recently started a new one. Maybe add a bit more fats (healthy fats) and fruits. Also, be sure to get the right amount of exercise to keep your muscles strong. (just trying to help...not a doctor or anything)
