got a supplement question...

do any of you reccommend taking things like Hydroxiecut, Total Lean Control, or anything like that? they're supposed to reduce body fat. any comments on things like that?

Hydroxycut probably won't do anything, except perhaps suppress your appetite. There are relatively decent fat burners on the market (though it's pretty dry post-ephedra), but they're not big names.

I haven't tried hydroxiecut but I am taking TrimSpa right now. Its suppresses your appetite. In 4 days I have lost 8lbs. Along with the pill I am doing low calorie diet. But- My sister took hydroxiecut and she lost about 35lbs in 2 months and had no bad effects while taking it.

hmm, well, ya see, i'm not really interested in losin weight. i'm 17, 6ft tall, and weigh about 170 lbs, which i think is fine. but i just have fat in certain places that i want to lose, like my chest and lower stomach. i thought things like Total Lean control and hydroxycut could help me lose body fat easier.

Ive been on hydroxycut for 2 weeks and a 10lb weightloss along with exercise. I have no bad side effects good luck to all!
