Funny stuff going on lately and I'm scared!!!

I hav'nt posted here in so long, I almost forget how to type...lol!. Anyway, about 4 days ago, I found myself feeling down and sad (depressed) even though I really have a lot going for me lately. I could'nt understand why I felt this way and it just seemed to come out of the blue.

Over the next few days, I found myself becoming increasingly irritable and short-tempered. I'd wait for my room mate to do something wrong (even very minor) and then I would climb all over him like a new york lawyer and I just would'nt let it go. I'd feel really bad and could'nt understand why I was acting this way.

By the second day, the depression and irritability had been replaced with a mild but nagging headache on the left side of my head that would come and go, a slightly swollen lymph node behind my left ear (which always seems to swell up 2-3 times a year), an extremely fuzzy feeling in my head, some sores and peeling of skin on my gums, blurred vision a few times, a slightly sore throat on the left side of my throat and some shortness of breath. I also had some anxiety (would'nt you?).

Now, I'm on my fourth day and I'm sitting here with a mild but nagging headache on the left side of my head and my brain feels like it's been injected with navacaine. I just don't feel like "myself".

I'm 42 years old, male and I suffer from mildly high blood pressure (145/90 average). I have been taking atenolol for this off and on for a few years and just went on it again in the past week. I also suffer from sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, irritable bowel syndrome and a few other malodies. I also have a molar on the same side as the swollen node and headache and there is a filling in this tooth that I believe is leaking metal because I have had a really strong metallic taste in my mouth for 4 months now. In fact, I also had leukoplakia and had that biopsied but it came back negative for cancer. I don't chew, smoke, drink, etc but I have been chewing nicotine gum for about 5 months now. I have lots of pets and also suffer from allergies.

Anyway, there it is all layed out like a pretty little basket of flowers. What do you all make of it?.
