if i take 5g's of B5 a day, how long will it take to clear up my mild/moderate acne. i have oily skin, how many days will the oil start to decrease? thanx
do a search for b5 on these baords. There are tons of posts. You need to take 10g's (20 500mg pills) for an unknown amoutn of time. I have been taking 10grams for a few weeks now and still no diff. Just buy a couple of 100pill bottles. Take 5 pills every 2-3 hours, 5/5/5/5. Also take a does of Biotin with each b5 dose. And take one b-complex a day. This will prevent hair damage.
I took 12g of B5 for four months and it did not make any difference at all. And it cost be a small fortune. I really don't think that there is anything in it. When I put a message up on this board asking if anyone had had any luck with the B5 no one responded to say that they had.
Have you been to a dermatologist? What medication have you tried so far?
i have tried proactiv, benzamycin, and lots of over the counter products. nothing has worked. i have oily skin and i think thats the cause of all my problems. and B5 is suppose to reduce oil production so i want to give it a try. but i cant find it, where do u buy it?
